Our ISO 9001/2015 facility in Taylor, Texas provides high quality Assembly, Sand Blasting, Iron Phosphate and Zirconium Pretreatment, Powder Coating and Wet Painting. We excel in low to mid-volume products requiring detailed masking, multi-color applications, and specialized substrate preparation. Our 5 Stage Wash Line coupled with our High Volume Powder Line provides a high quality durable finish, with an economy of scale providing a lower cost solution for your less complex parts. Our facilities house both batch and flow line processes that provide us the capability to handle products ranging in size from very large to very small. Our Wet Paint capabilities include experience applying 1,2 and 3 coat processes, Dry Film Lubricants, CeraKote, and Carc. Our climate controlled paint room provides the perfect environment for application of UV Resistant hard coats like Momentiv.
